Domaine Julien Cecillon - Cornas - Saint Pierre 2021
Cave Julien Cécillon is located in Saint-Jean-de-Muzols, in the north of the Rhône Valley. The estate was founded in 2011 by the American Nancy Kerschen and Julien Cécillon , a native of Tournon-sur-Rhône and nephew of Jean-Louis Grippat. Both are fascinated by wine, gastronomy and travel. After accumulating experience in different wine estates around the world, they decided to launch their own business with the intention of sharing their passion. The adventure begins with a small area of vines which represents the heart and soul of the estate: Le Saint Joseph . Today, Cave Cécillon offers several wines from other appellations such as Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Péray, Cornas but also wines from unique grape varieties. Respecting the unique environment of each appellation, the estate applies sustainable viticulture techniques in the vineyard to obtain the best expression of the terroir in each bottle. Based on their multiple experiences, they combine modern means, ancient traditions and innovative cultivation methods.
