Domaine de La Réaltière - Pastel - Rosé 2023

Domaine de la Réaltière is located in Rians in Provence , in the Coteaux d'Aix en Provence appellation. The estate was created by Jean-Louis Michelland in 1994, and has been managed by his son Pierre Michelland since 2001. The vineyard covers 12.5 hectares and is surrounded by an olive grove and a forest of holm oaks and pines. The vines have been cultivated organically since 1994 and certified biodynamically since 2011.

Pastel is a blend of Cinsault and Grenache . The vinification is traditional, with aging on fine lees .
