REMORIQUET Estate - The All-Passe-Bien 2022

Domaine Remoriquet is located in Nuits-Saint-Georges , in Côte de Nuits, in Burgundy . It has belonged to Gilles Remoriquet since 1979, an oenologist graduated from the University of Dijon who took over the family estate. The vineyard of around ten hectares is mainly cultivated in Pinot Noir, with a small proportion of Chardonnay and produces wines in the famous appellations of Nuits-Saint-Georges, Vosne-Romanée, Hautes-Côtes de Nuits. Gilles Remoriquet respects the Burgundian model of winemaking traditions : plowing, limited yields, manual harvests and barrel aging.

The L'Passe-tout-Bien cuvée refers to Passe-tout-Grains , a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes made before vinification.
