MARKUS MOLITOR - Zeltinger Sonnenuhr - Riesling - Beerenauslese (Sweet) 1997

We are in a terroir of very old vines, on a majestic Riesling, on slate soils bringing a lot of minerality. On a "Beerenauslese", one is in a greater maturity, a greater concentration. The mineral contribution of the soil and the intrinsic acidity of the Riesling bring to the whole a very successful balance between sugars and acids.

We gain in volume on this great cuvée, the wine is still in reserve as its aging capacity is important. Exceptional wine!
