AWEN NATURE - Absinthe Blanche - Organic Absinthe Blanche - Finn – this name comes from the Gaelic (from the word fionn) which means "white" or "bright." This name is very appropriate for a clear absinthe! To produce Absinthe Finn Blanche, Julien Fanny, the master distiller uses a combination of 7 herbs and plants, all grown organically. All Awen Nature spirits are certified organic. The refreshing aromas of lemongrass add character to this absinthe. Lemongrass is very often used as a sauce in Asian cuisine. The flavors of anise, coriander, and hyssop are, however, dominant and easily identifiable. Color: Clear. Flavor: Beautiful, thick and uniform flavor. Aroma: Wormwood, anise, and fennel are immediately evident. Taste: Complex, accompanied by pleasant notes of peppermint and lemongrass. Conclusion: An excellent white wine, with an obvious absinthe flavor.

The Awen Nature Distillery is located in La Bouëxière , Brittany . It was created by Julien Fanny in 2013. The word "Nature" in the name of the distillery already gives an idea of the importance of environmentally friendly production. environment at the distillery. The labels were designed by the artist Gwladys Rose . They were inspired by the Celtic traditions of Brittany. Some of the labels illustrate nymphs or fairies who represent the fusion between humanity and nature.

Absinthe Finn Blanche gets its taste from a combination of 7 distilled plants. It always keeps a dominant note of anise and complex notes of plants such as wormwood, coriander, hyssop, lemongrass.
