CHATEAU DES BACHELARDS - Petite Fleur 2016

Petite Fleur is the second wine of Château des Bachelards, it takes on its features through its elegance, lightness and finesse which give it an inimitable touch of grace and smoothness while preserving its sap. The terroir is of decomposed and fine pink granite.

Grape variety; Gamay - Old vines in mass selection, 50 to 80 years old, planted on Riparia Gloire and Vialla. Density 10,000 plants / ha.

Reception of harvest by gravity, grapes largely destemmed, vinification in raw concrete vats, 22 days maceration, 8 months aging in 316 stainless steel vats to preserve its freshness, indigenous yeasts. No carbonic or semi-carbonic maceration, nor thermovinification.
