Guillaume Boussens' domain is located at an altitude (600 meters) in Termenès. The vineyard, located on a very mineral soil, is worked in a very natural way and without mechanization.

Undaunted "altitude winegrower", Guillaume Boussens has been ringing the bell for the Hautes Corbières since the early 2000s. Miraculously removed from civilization, these terroirs benefit from exceptional climatic freshness, as well as an equally astonishing geological diversity - on these variegated soils, whose color changes from one plot to another, it is not rare to find magnificent crystals. Straddling three towns (Dernacueillette, Maisons and Montgaillard) the estate only produces reds, based on the Carignan, Grenache and Syrah trilogy; their aromatic character, very powerful, minty and spicy, between scrubland and scrub, is unforgettable. Thanks to the will of a man, thanks to his vision and his hard work, a great little-known terroir is expressed.

The juices have no input except sulfur in small quantities.

The Anne Fleur cuvée is an impressive wine, resulting from a blend of 65% Syrah, 25% Carignan and 10% Grenache Noir (the latter two from vines ranging from 75 to 150 years old ...).
