Domaine Mont de Marie - Anathema 2017

The Mont de Marie area is located in Languedoc and more precisely in the Sommières region, in Souvignargues.

The winemaker is Thierry Forestier, he works on a red clay and limestone terroir and vinifies his wines in a natural way, without oenological input.

The wines are therefore made naturally, without added sulphite (or very little at bottling), without yeast, fining or filtration. It is the expression of a terroir and its winegrower, who grapes in whole bunches .

Anathème rouge is a cuvée vinified from aramon, carignan and cinsault grape varieties. The color is relatively light garnet red, which announces a fresh wine. The nose is rich in red fruits and offers a vegetal side, but also zan and peony. On the palate, it is fresh and delicious, always on the fruit.
