Legendary Châteauneuf-du-Pape , the Hommage à Jacques Perrin cuvée from Château de Beaucastel is one of the greatest wines in the world.

The first vintage of this prestigious cuvée was created in 1989. Produced in very limited quantities, the Cuvée Hommage à Jacques Perrin comes from a unique terroir of pebbles rolled on clay-limestone and silty soils in an exceptional vineyard. located at the northern limit of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, in the Rhône Valley.

Unique since always, the Cuvée Hommage à Jacques Perrin is blended from 13 grape varieties traditionally used in the appellation, favoring the presence of Mourvèdre.

Exceptional both in terms of quantity and quality, the 2016 vintage shows the Cuvée Hommage à Jacques Perrin 2016 as the quintessence of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. After a dry and hot summer, the harvest began at the end of August with the berries demonstrating an exceptional state of health, having reached perfect phenolic maturity and presenting a superb balance of sugar and acidity.

Freshness, balance, beauty of the fruit, the Cuvée Hommage à Jacques Perrin 2016 displays this purity which is the charm of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The textures and structure of the mouth present this strength and power which indisputably recall the beauty of great vintages. A legendary wine, promised a very long aging.
