100% Pinot fermented with indigenous yeasts in carbonic maceration followed by a 7-month aging in vats.

Frédéric COSTE bequeaths 36 hectares to his daughter Valentine and to her husband Arthur DELON in 1915. Over the generations, the family acquired around 30 hectares more, Raoul DELON from 1935 to 1982, Philippe DELON in 1983 Nicole SOYRIS DELON from 1984 in 1999 When Nicole died in 1999, her only daughter Emmanuelle decided to leave everything to settle in the farmhouse with her son and continue the family adventure, Her husband Luc VIGNAL after a few years as a wine merchant, decided to move from on the other side of the barrier and will join her in 2008, From this union will be born in addition to their two daughters 11 cuvées mostly in single-variety and organic.

Le Mas du Chene is made up of 64 ha in one piece located around the farm buildings, to the south of the costières de Nimes appellation area, the vineyard represents 50 ha, the remaining 14 ha are made of wood , closed olive trees and hedges which participate in the balance of the territory and biodiversity, as well as fallow land, The terroir is made up of villafranchian rolled pebbles which allow rainwater to infiltrate into the layer of pebbles, to gather in the gullies of the underlying land and to form a discontinuous groundwater table which provides the vine with a regular supply of water, thus avoiding summer drought, The layout is very varied, which allows us to offer many cuvées in single varietal.
