Rum EL PASADOR DE ORO - Raw Brut - 52%

El Pasador De Oro is a house in Guatemala. It perfectly demonstrates the Guatemalan know-how in rum, once the canes fresh pressed, the juices obtained are heated slightly to evaporate the water and thus concentrate the sugar. The result is a "cane honey", a raw material of excellence to make rums with a silky and greedy profile. The latter is fermented with indigenous yeasts from pineapple. High altitude rums with sweet and round notes.

This is the raw version of El Pasador de Oro barrel, which is therefore at 52 ° and has not been reduced by adding water.
