The A 023 Blanc Aligoté 2023 cuvée from Domaine Naudin-Ferrand clearly and precisely expresses all the nobility of an Aligoté grown biodynamically on the heights of the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. The pale yellow color with silvery reflections announces a tense, luminous, and deeply lively wine. The nose opens with clear aromas of fresh lemon, green apple, and crunchy pear, complemented by delicate floral notes and a fine herbal touch. Upon aeration, nuances of wet stone, chalk, and a slightly saline sensation appear, clearly marking the origin and the soil work. The whole is pure, upright, and very readable, without any pursuit of opulence. From the first sniff, the wine imposes a style of controlled energy and great sincerity.
On the palate, the attack is frank and vibrant, supported by precise acidity that stretches the body with great length.
