Domaine Roland Laventureux - The Adventure - Liqueur - Raspberry
Domaine Roland Laventureux is a family reference in the Chablis region, located in Lignorelles, north of Chablis. Since the late 1970s, the Laventureux family has established itself with precise, lively white wines deeply attached to the limestone terroirs of the region. Today, Arnaud and David Laventureux continue this story with new energy, also developing more unexpected projects around spirits and liqueurs. The Adventure – Raspberry fits into this creative dynamic as a unique cuvée in the domain's universe. Produced in 2025, it becomes the emblem of this new range of liqueurs, designed around the purity of the fruit and aromatic intensity. The choice of raspberry naturally imposes itself due to the fruit's fragility, its complex aroma, and invigorating acidity. It is an artisanal liqueur, elegant and very expressive, revealing another facet of Laventureux's expertise.
The Raspberry Adventure is built around a simple but demanding idea: to restore the sensation of the fruit with as much clarity as possible. The raspberry here brings its natural brightness, between fresh red fruit, tangy pulp, and delicately floral scent. Unlike some very sweet or heavy liqueurs, this one seeks a finer balance, based on texture softness and precision in the finish. The identity of Domaine Laventureux is found in this pursuit of honesty, purity, and freshness. The liqueur does not only play on indulgence but also on the aromatic tension that a beautiful ripe raspberry can offer. It can be enjoyed alone, lightly chilled, but also used in elegant cocktails where a clear and refined red fruit touch is desired. Its 50 cl format reinforces its positioning as a pleasure liqueur, confidential and carefully crafted.
In the glass, The Adventure – Raspberry reveals an immediately seductive expression, carried by a pure, intense, and very fruity nose. The aromas evoke fresh raspberry, red fruit coulis, currant, and a delicate floral touch. The palate is soft, enveloping, and indulgent but maintains a nice liveliness thanks to the natural acidity of the fruit. The finish remains precise, fresh, and clear, without heaviness, with a persistent return on ripe raspberry. This liqueur will be ideal served chilled as a digestif, on ice, or accompanying a red fruit dessert. It can also enhance a Champagne, a Crémant, a gin-based cocktail, or a more pastry-oriented creation around dark chocolate. It will perfectly accompany a raspberry tart, a pavlova, a chocolate fondant, a panna cotta, a sorbet, or a vanilla dessert.
