Located at the foot of the famous Mount Asama northwest of Tokyo, distillery Karuizawa is a legend since its closure in the year 2000. This single malt from the last two years of production, ie the 1999 vintage and the vintage 2000. Bottled barrel cask, without reduction, to 61.10%.

The label of this legendary bottle shows the magnificence of Mount Fuji, one of Japan's emblems. The renowned artist, Sundai Edo, depicts Japanese farmers and travelers during the Edo period, when Mount Fuji is far away in the distance. With trees in the dark shade of green and lush, grassy soil, this is probably a representation of Japan's lush summer.
