Kirin, developed at the foot of Mount Fuji within the Fuji Gotemba distillery that controls the entire production process. At the foot of Mount Fuji, in the city of Gotemba, the distillery benefits from a unique environment. The region is abundant in water from the volcano whose basaltic composition is one of the richest in the world. The air is also fresh with an average temperature of around 13 °, the distillery being located 12 km from the peak of the volcano, about 620 m above sea level. Finally, the ambient humidity, due to the mist that can often be seen on the volcano, is ideal for aging whiskey. During production, the distillery handles the entire manufacturing process, from brewing to bottling, for malt whiskeys, but also three types of grain whiskeys through three different distillation techniques.

Fuji Sanroku is one of the flagship references of the Kirin distillery. It is the result of a complex blend of two types of single malts distilled in iron stills and three types of distilled grain whiskeys in three different stills (Kettle, Doubler and Columns) aged in small white oak casks. 180L. This blend, signed Jota Tanaka, is a small wonder. With a great aromatic richness, a perfect balance and a rare elegance, it is truly at the height of the talent of the famous master blender.
