Méry-Melrose is a real artisanal cognac house, a vineyard, a distillery and an independent organic cellar in the heart of the Grande Champagne de Cognac, managed by François Méry. He cultivates his vines organically and transforms his harvest in an artistic way, by distillation, to create a wonderful Cognac

The VSOP has been aged for at least four and a half years in new and second-use French oak barrels.
