Château CANTENAC 1966

Château Cantenac is elegant and deep in color, with pretty tears. Its nose reveals deep aromas of ripe fruit, undergrowth and fine spices. On the palate, the attack is full-bodied, then fleshy in the mid-palate, structured by a persistent noble substance, finely spiced. The finish is racy, harmonious and long.

  • Terroir: gravel, gravel-clay, clay
  • Typical blend: 75% Merlot, 25% Cabernets
  • Vinification and aging: 18 months including 12 to 14 months in barrels
  • Production: 3000 cases approx.
