Le Clos des Menuts, AOC Saint Emilion Grand Cru, is a 25 hectare wine property belonging to the Rivière family. Clos des Menuts is both a fine and full-bodied wine, with rich and delicate sap, with superb length in the mouth.

From the first years, the complex aromas of vanilla and blackcurrant develop pleasantly. After a longer aging, a subtle bouquet dominates, combining power and finesse. Like any Grand Cru of Saint Emilion, we will take care to taste it at a temperature of around 18 °. It is advisable to decant it in a carafe one hour before the meal in order to develop its aromas.
