An exceptional rosé

Exceptional vintage of Château Minuty produced in AOC Côtes de Provence, the 2017 Château Minuty 281 rosé is an emblematic wine of the property, produced each year in very limited quantities. With its bottle with a refined and unique allure, Château Minuty 281 2017 is adorned with a blue color such as Pantone 281, hence its name. Illustrating all the typicity of the great terroirs of Château Minuty, the 2017 Château Minuty 281 rosé comes from a blend of the best plots of a clonal selection of Grenache, on vines aged 25 years on average, Cinsault and Syrah.

The property's iconic wine, the 2017 Château Minuty 281 rosé has all the advantages of a great rosé. Upon tasting, the olfactory palette seduces with its intensity and great complexity. The subtlety of the aromas of white fruits are reminiscent of the sweetness of the flesh of vine peach and the silkiness of apricot, associated with the freshness of slightly iodized notes. Very deep, the palate shows a beautiful texture following the elegance of a frame imbued with minerality. An exceptional rosé by Château Minuty.
