This Saint Emilion is made from a selection of two plots: terrasser and southern slopes at an altitude of 65 meters on limestone arglo. 60% Merlot and 40% carbernet franc with a vinification in indigenous yeasts, without added sulfur or any ingredients. Then a 6-month aging in amphorae and jars to preserve the purity of the fruit. From clay (terroir) to clay (jars and amphorae). It's pure, it's clean. Crazy fruit! And in Total SO2: nothing! Not detectable. One of the true natural wines.
