An important estate located at the foot of the hill, Château Rozier pays homage to Abbé Rozier, who in 1760 wrote one of the first modern viticulture manuals. The Saby family has been working this cru for nine generations. This wine is distinguished by its beautiful deep purple color, a very fresh nose combining red and black fruits and toasted oak, slightly vanilla. The smooth, fleshy, tasty palate is carried by powerful but very elegant tannins. Château Rozier can be kept for five years in the cellar but with aging potential of up to 15 years, serve with red meat, light cheese or a chocolate dessert.
