Particularly complex, this version which displays a peat rate of 20 ppm of phenols has a charm that is impossible to resist. The most demanding amateurs will even evoke, when speaking of its aromatic palette, an "old whiskey" style. In this, it challenges many received ideas and shows once again that the value does not wait for the number of years. We cannot therefore thank enough the master distiller of Mars for developing with such talent a single malt that leaves the taster the initiative to discover a range of flavors that favors suggestion over established order.

Profile: delicious, the first nose is fragrant (coconut, verbena), malty and finely peaty. On aeration, the smoke intensifies as well as its spicy and spicy character. Clear, the attack on the palate is plump, lemony and peaty. The mid-palate is fruity (apple, pear) and liquorice. Chlorophyll note. The finish is minty and lactic (almond). The retro-olfaction is exotic (kiwi, lychee).
