Château SIRAN 1982
"The big castles look at the Gironde," they say in Médoc.
Château Siran belongs to the prestigious and closed caste of high-flying crus, perched on a plateau of Graves beautifully exposed along the river, it monitors the river. But more than this view, we owe to Brigitte Miailhe the brilliant success of this Castle with colorful walls in recent years. Solid but docile, the 1996 Château Siran draws all the quintessence of Cabernet Sauvignon. Plenty of fruit, ripe in a respectable woody package, with a well-controlled fluffy texture.
