Brasserie Cantillon - Fou' Foune - 5.5% 2020

Fou’Foune is a blend of Lambics 18 to 20 months old with Bergeron apricots. The apricots come from sustainable agriculture and 300g of fruit are needed for 1 litre of Lambic. The maceration time is short, around 5 weeks. The apricot grower, François Daronnat, is nicknamed Foufoune. Best consumed within 10 years from the bottling date.
