RHUM RHUM PMG - Libération 2012 - 45%
Rhum Rhum PMG is one of the youngest distilleries in the Caribbean, it was founded in 2006 by the association of big names in rum: Velier, Capovilla and Bielle. It is housed within Bielle although it is independent from it, except for its supply of cane juice. This distillery is distinguished by a revolutionary approach and seeks to bring a wave of novelty hoisting its agricultural white rum among the greatest. The juices are fermented directly without dilution with water and then the fermentation process is rigorously controlled for slow fermentations, which last up to 7 to 9 days. The vesou is then subjected to double distillation again in 2 copper stills heated in a water bath (technique of Bernd Müller). Some of their rum is then aged in old barrels of Bourbon, Burgundy and Sauternes.
