Château MARSAC SÉGUINEAU 2017
Château Marsac Séguineau is located in the Margaux appellation, in Bordeaux. Since 2004, it has been one of the properties bought by CA Grands Crus, a subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole Group, with, among others, Château Grand-Puy Ducasse (5th Grand Cru Classé in Pauillac) and Château Meyney in Saint Estèphe. Château Marsac Séguineau is managed by Château La Tour de Mons in Pauillac. The 10-hectare vineyard is planted on Garonne gravel and clay-limestone.
Château Marsac Séguineau 2017 is a blend of Merlot (65%), Cabernet Sauvignon (23%) and Cabernet Franc (12%).. The vinification of Château Marsac Séguineau is traditional. The grapes are carefully sorted in the cellar, then placed in stainless steel vats with a capacity adapted to the plot. The vinification is slow and at low temperature. The wine is aged for 12 months in barrels.
