The Saint-Lamvinus is the union of two cultures. It is a blend of Bordeaux grapes and Brussels lambic. The Merlot grapes and the lambic macerate together for several months. Natural refermentation takes place in the bottle. It is advisable to drink it within a year of its purchase. It will keep for up to 10 years after the bottling date.
