Château QUEYRON PINDEFLEURS 2014
Château Queyron Pindefleurs is located in the Saint-Emilion appellation in Bordeaux . It has belonged to the Fillon family since its creation in 1937. Since 2010, Chantal Watts and her husband, Peter, have managed the 14 hectares of vines. The vineyard is cultivated on a clay-limestone soil and deep and siliceous gravelly soils.
Château Queyron Pindefleurs 2014 is a Saint-Emilion Grand Cru resulting from a blend of Merlot (78%), Cabernet Franc (20%) and a small proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon (2%). The average age of the vineyard is 35 years. After the manual harvest, each plot is vinified separately in cement and stainless steel vats. The aging lasts between 12 to 18 months in French oak barrels .
