The Cuvée Saint-Gilloise is the result of a blend of Lambic matured for 2 years in oak barrels and cold hopping with Hallerteau hops. Refermentation is natural in the bottle. It is a very long-lasting beer with an evolving taste, which is recommended to be enjoyed within 20 years of its bottling.
