Maison Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey is located in Chassagne-Montrachet, in the Côte de Beaune sub-region of Burgundy . The estate was founded in 2005 by husband and wife Pierre-Yves Colin (Marc Colin's son) and Catherine Morey . They own plots in several Premier Cru sites in Saint-Aubin and Chassagne-Montrachet and also purchase grapes from several Grand Cru vineyards, including Bâtard-Montrachet and Corton-Charlemagne. In the winery, Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey does not use the technique of bâtonnage and prefers contact with the lees and barrel aging.
