The recipe draws on Bordeaux Distilling's dual distillation expertise. First, vacuum distillation captures the delicacy of cascara (the skin/cherry of the coffee bean) and coffee blossom, two rarely valued raw materials. Then, a still distillation of the Arabica beans from the non-filterable infusion of Brunette Cold Brew completes the blend, for a faithful reproduction of the coffee, clean and without bitterness. No added flavorings, no coloring; base of French organic cereals. 100% natural.
Tasting:
Crystalline color. Precise and airy nose, between coffee blossom, citrus zest, hint of fresh almond and echo of cascara. The palate is silky, straight and balanced: we find the imprint of coffee in a luminous version, without excess sugar or bitterness, with a long, elegant and slightly saline finish. Serve chilled or on ice to emphasize the aromatic clarity. In mixology, it offers a new playground: clear Espresso Martini (same recipe, but transparent glass), coffee-tonic highball, white Negroni twisted coffee, dry Martini “dirty coffee”.
