Wise amateurs, great sommeliers and seasoned wine merchants have for many years placed the wines of this property at the best level of the appellation, belonging to François Mitjavile (who vinifies with his daughter Nina), also owner of the rare and highly rated château. Tertre-Rotebœuf, in Saint-Émilion. Benefiting from very special care, the estate's wines express, in their own way, an elegant, smooth style. They immediately charm, always with that distinct grape taste (strong ripeness and extractions by long infusions).

Excellent young people, they also age with real harmony. They are also at their peak after ten years, and more. We distinguish the Domaine de Cambes wines, from a terroir of palud in the Bordeaux appellation, and the Roc de Cambes in the Côtes de Bourg appellation, located just above on a magnificent hillside. The family takes special care in aging the wines to market them once they are ripe.
