Chianti Colline Pisane DOCG

By cultivating its 24 ha of land in organic farming, the azienda agricola Sorelle Palazzi best respects the unique character of the Chianti appellation. Only the native grape varieties are used: Sangiovese, Malvasia Nera and Canaiolo. The wine is fermented in classic concrete vats, with long macerations. Then it is aged for a year, always in view, in order to refine the tannins. After bottling, there is at least six months left in the cellars before being marketed. Its fruitiness and harmonious taste make it a very good wine suitable for aging.
