Tenuta San Guido - Le Difese 2014
Toscana IGT

The Difese is the newcomer of the Tenuta San Guido estate located in Tuscany. Created in 2003, the Difese takes its name from the local wild boar that roams the hills of Bolgheri.

Made from a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Sangiovese, this 2015 vintage stands out for its structure and flexibility which makes it very pleasant and "easy to drink".

The Difese 2014 is adorned with a ruby red color. Its first nose is a beautiful fruity aromatic bouquet, the second is floral with spicy and balsamic notes. On the palate, the palate is fine, fresh and elegant with lively acidity and aromas of juicy red fruits. Fine, well-integrated tannins that introduce a lingering finish.
