The domain created in 1919, whose famous neighbors are the Rousseau domain or the Dugat domain, covers nearly 16 hectares of which nearly 1.2 hectares are white. The vines planted on limestone and clay-limestone soils have been vinified biodynamically since 1995.
Three Grands Crus are produced by the estate: Chambertin, Chapelle Chambertin and Latricières Chambertin. The 2014 vintage of Chambertin is particularly appreciated by the RVF which rates it 19.5 / 20 and 18/20 by Bettane and Desseauve, reviewed at the estate, it will be great, the entire harvest tends it today and will build it tomorrow. Its aging potential is over 20 years for recognized vintages such as 2015, 2012, 2010, 2009, 2005, 2002, these are fairly straight and pure wines that require time to reach their peak.
The Latricières Chambertin 2014 is described as a great powerful wine, an infusion of pinot noir. Fine, racy, slim and mineral. There are also 3 Gevrey Chambertin 1er crus: Clos Prieur, Petite Chapelle and Capita. The latter is a cuvée with 100% whole harvest. The wine is very dynamic, powerful, of slow construction, with an aging potential of more than 10 years. The only white produced by the estate, Marsannay, was distinguished in 2014, and described as a wine with fat, fairly broad, balanced, nutty, rated 14.5 / 20 by the Bettane et Desseauve guide.
