The 2016 vintage is made from a blend of 65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Sémillon.
On tasting, this wine develops a large aromatic palette, typical of great Sauvignon Blancs in sunny years and always with a Pessac-Léognan signature. The sublime concentration of the grapes gives the wine rich and intense aromas. In the mouth, the fat, acidity (freshness) and volume give an impression of complexity and fullness with a very persistent finish.
