Belgian OWL - Passion - 46%

Belgian Owl is a Single Malt from Belgium, made from barley grown in Hesbaye on the basis of sustainable agriculture. The distillery was founded by Etienne Bouillon, the master distiller, who filled the first cask in 2004. From 2013, the distillery was fitted with stills from the former Caperdonich distillery of Rothes, in the Speyside of Scotland.

Passion Edition 2020 - 004 comes from a single cask (#6631681). It is a 36 to 60-months whisky, aged in first-fill Bourbon casks and matured in American white oak Quercus Alba casks.
