Château Lestignac - En Blanc 2019

Château Lestignac is located in Sigoulès-et-Flaugeac in Périgord . Two activities coexist: viticulture in Lestignac, and an activity of merchant-winemakers through the Hors les Murs house for the production of thirst-quenching wines from grapes grown in organic and/or biodynamic agriculture. Lestignac consists of 3 blocks of plots over 7 hectares.

En Blanc is made from all the estate's white grapes : Sauvignons, Sémillons, Chenins, Petit Mensengs, Courbus, Merlots Blancs, Muscadelles, Listan… These grape varieties are grown on several terroirs; from blue clays to the most rocky limestones. The wine is vinified naturally by Camille and Mathias Marquet with the complicity of Arnault Raoult and Sandrine Aucher.
