Elise's Terrace - Pradelou 2021

Domaine La Terrasse d'Élise is located between Aniane and Saint Jean de Fos, in the Languedoc . Xavier Braujou began his career as a lumberjack. He loved spending hours alone in the forest, in direct contact with nature, but his real passion was wine. He then began buying vines in Saint Jean de Fos in 1998 and after a few years of practicing both activities, he decided to devote himself fully to working the vines. His vineyard covers 14 hectares and is managed using non-certified biodynamic agriculture .

Pradelou is made from young Cinsault vines. The wine is aged for 12 months.
