Mirmanda - White Catalan Ribs 2023

Domaine Mirmanda is located in the Agly Valley, in the communes of Vingrau, Tautavel and Opoul in Roussillon . It was born from the passion for wine and winegrowers of François-Xavier Demaison (actor and comedian) and Dominique Laporte (Best Sommelier of France and Best Craftsman of France). The adventure began with the help of their friends Jacques Castany and Pascal Dieunidou from the Domaine de l'Edre. Today, Jacques works with them to ensure the precision work that 'they wish for Mirmanda.

Mirmanda Blanc 2023 is a blend of Grenache Gris and Grenache Blanc . The grapes are gently pressed and fermentations are carried out in barrels and stainless steel vats . The aging lasts 9 months in barrels on lees and in stainless steel vats. The wines are then blended and bottled.
