Domaine des Ardoisieres - White Quartz - Organic 2017

The Domaine des Ardoisières is located in Cevins in Savoie, where the slopes of Cevins, Saint Pierre de Soucy and the Savoyard climate are favorable to the exceptional culture of wines.

This 2017 vintage is rich and tasty, showing fine tannins and the finish shows power as well as concentration.

100% Altesse, a traditional Savoie grape variety classified in the Serines family such as Viognier, Marsanne, Roussanne but also Syrah.

Brice turned to organic farming, but no more, the yields are already low: 20 hl / ha. The percentage of slope on the Cevins (60%) does not allow any machine. Vinification in barrels, indigenous yeasts, aging for 12 months in barrels with a quarter of new ones. Light filtration. Production: 1500 bottles.
