On the fruit and the freshness with a tannic touch at the end of the mouth, giving it a beautiful outfit and the presence, such as that of a Deer that looks at you!
Syrah, dominant, brings to the nose and mouth of mouth all the spices and freshness of the heights of Corbières (350m altitude).

Gamay enhances the complexity of red fruits and gives drinkability to the blend. Tannat, vinified without extraction, brings at the end of the mouth a slight tannic structure to give length.
