Vin de France - 100% Viognier

This pretty wine is made from Viognier 100% from 2 vineyards of trusted farmers who work in biology in Beaujolais and Madiran. A redefinition of Viognier. The Viognier de Beaujolais brings a nice tension and freshness totally atypical for this grape variety. The Viognier from Madiran is positioned on notes of white flesh fruits characteristic of the grape variety. It also brings a slight bitterness that gives length and a certain dimension to this wine. Thanks to aging in barrels and vats it has a beautiful creaminess without the classic opulence of viognier. Its main definition is its liveliness reminiscent of the fox!
The grapes were then vinified with passion at the cellars of the port of the moon in Bordeaux to gather the best of these 2 regions.

The Cellars of the Port of the Moon are urban cellars ... probably the first for a long time. They aspire to make wine where it will be drunk in the respect of the winemakers and the terroir at the origin of the grapes.
