Les Soeurs Caulker - Rhums arrangés - SACHA - Bananes et Vanille - 28%
The six rum recipes of the "Soeurs Caulker" are elaborated entirely in Villenave d'Ornon, near Bordeaux. The name "Caulker" comes from an island in Central America, Caye Caulker, located off Belize. The white agricultural rum arrives from Gaudeloupe in which Stéphane Jeanneau adds real fresh fruits arrived at maturity; apricots, bananas, strawberries... as well as spices and vanilla to reduce the alcohol content to 28%. The maceration lasts three months, with a daily stirring.
