The Ti Ced Les Escales range invites you to travel through more intense and generously aromatic creations. Ti Ced – Citron Passion – 45.4% is an energetic vintage that combines the liveliness of fresh lemon with the exotic delicacy of passion fruit. Enhanced by the power of a higher-proof premium rum, this blend displays exceptional aromatic intensity and an irresistible tangy freshness. Upon tasting, this powerful rum blend presents a luminous golden color. The nose expresses frank notes of citrus, lemon zest, and passion fruit pulp, enhanced by a floral hint. On the palate, the attack is lively and explosive: the freshness of lemon combines with the tropical fruitiness of passion fruit, supported by a full and warm structure. The finish, long and vibrant, marks a perfect balance between acidity, roundness and intensity. A true cuvée of character, Ti Ced Escales Citron Passion can be enjoyed neat, on ice for more freshness, or in a cocktail to bring an exotic and original dimension. Founded in 2011 by Cédric Brément, Les Rhums de Ced’ has become the French benchmark for artisanal rhum arrangé. Through 100% natural macerations made with fresh, hand-cut fruit and carefully selected rums, the house has created authentic and gourmet cuvées, acclaimed by both enthusiasts and professionals.

Formerly known as cuvée Graal, this iconic recipe was revamped in 2025 to join the Les Escales range. From now on, all cuvées including high-proof column still rum will bear this name. The combination of characterful rums with fresh lemons and exotic passion fruit results in a vibrant maceration at 45.4%, highlighting power, freshness, and aromatic intensity.

Its clear and bright robe announces a lively profile. The nose impresses with immediate fruity intensity, dominated by lemon zest and tangy passion pulp, enhanced by a floral touch. On the palate, the attack is bold and energetic: the liveliness of lemon, the tropical sweetness of passion fruit, and the richness of column still rum are perfectly balanced. The long, dynamic finish leaves a persistent exotic and citrusy note. A modern and daring cuvée, crafted for lovers of characterful rhum arrangé.
