We would love to have a lot to taste from bottles like this, hence its growing success. A fruity cuvée (lots of blackcurrant), an airy gliding body (a “powdery” wine), it is fine, straight and fresh. We have tasted several vintages, and each time the same pleasure… a lot of Carignan, a little Grenache and Syrah , the cocktail well known to lovers of southern wines. If all table wines were of the same ilk, the appellations would be of no use, except for export.
It does not matter, the main thing is that this bottle reaches you, and it is done.
