Domaine La Florane - A fleur de pampre - Rosé 2020
Domaine La Florane is located in the commune of Vaucluse, in Côtes-du-Rhône. It is made up of two terroirs in Visanand Saint-Maurice. Three generations of winemakers have followed one another since its creation, and now Adrien Fabre and his father François manage the 75-hectare estate where 38 hectares are planted with vines and 37 hectares planted with woods, olive trees and lavender. If François and Adrien are precise and meticulous in the vineyard, Peggy, oenologist, is the conductor in the cellar; she gives strength to plot selections. The vineyard is conducted in certified biodynamic agriculture.
À Fleur de Pampre Rosé is made from Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah whose vines of around thirty years of age are located at 300 meters above sea level. The grapes are picked at night to preserve their freshness, then pressed in a pneumatic press. The juices then ferment in concrete tanks. They are aged in the same tank on fine lees.
