Domaine La Florane - A fleur de vine - Rosé 2021
Domaine La Florane is located in the commune of Vaucluse , in Côtes-du-Rhône . It is made up of two terroirs in Visan and Saint-Maurice . Three generations of winegrowers have succeeded each other since its creation, and today it is Adrien Fabre and his father François who manage the 75-hectare estate where 38 hectares are planted with vines and 37 hectares with woods, olive trees and lavender. If François and Adrien are precise and meticulous in the vineyard, Peggy , oenologist, is the conductor in the cellar; it gives strength to fragmentary selections. The vineyard is conducted in certified biodynamic agriculture .
À Fleur de Pampre Rosé is a thirst-quenching wine made from Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah whose 30-year-old vines are located at an altitude of 300 meters. The grapes are picked at night to preserve their freshness, then pressed in a pneumatic press. The juices then ferment in concrete vats . They are aged in the same vat on fine lees .
