The Domaine de la Bonne Tonne is located in Morgon, in Beaujolais . The vineyard covers 7.5 hectares, in the Morgon, Régnié and Beaujolais Villages appellations. It has been a family estate for 7 generations, today represented by Thomas and Anne-Laure. The management of the vineyard is certified in organic farming , and in the process of conversion to biodynamic farming.

Regnié Agath'the Blues comes from Gamay where the vines are 60 to 65 years old and in conversion to organic farming. The grapes are chilled for 24 to 48 hours before being vatted and vinified in concrete vats . The wine is aged partly in demi-muids and in vats .
