Cognac Fanny Fougerat - Le Notoire - Very old fine wood - 70's - 44.8%

Fanny Fougerat Cognac is produced in Burie, in the Cognac appellation in Charentes. Fanny Fougerat comes from a family of winegrowers-distillers, which produced Cognacs for the assembly of large trading houses. In November 2013, she launched her own range to promote this family production. With his companion, they now farm 30 hectares in Borderies, the smallest cru in the appellation, and in Fins Bois.

Hors-Série is a collection of batches of unique and ephemeral cognacs. This range consists of limited cuvées, unique terroirs and different age and cru accounts. Le Notoire is a very old Fins Bois.
